Announcements for the week of July 28, 2019

CANDLEWOOD LUNCHES Thank you to all who are helping with the Candlewood lunches this week through your food donations and volunteering to help serve. These meals are truly blessings to those who receive them.

VBS/B.O.B. VOLUNTEERS The last day of VBS/B.O.B. was this week so we want to thank everyone that volunteered to make VBS and B.O.B. fun this summer – Andy the game guy. Kathy the craft lady, Shirley, Lisa, Mary Kay, Sally the snack and lunch ladies, Laura the leader, Melissa the little kids’ leader, and Marilyn and Cheryl the leaders of the B.O.B. kids. Our numbers weren’t large but the ones that did come had fun and learned more about God’s love for us.

To New Beginnings Lutheran Church,
Mahomet Helping Hands is very grateful for your support of our community food pantry! Thank you for providing workers for our July donation and giveaway Saturday. We are very appreciative, as well, of other contributions you make throughout the year. Working together we can continue to help those in need.
Sincerely, Mahomet Helping Hands
