Below is the New Beginnings Lutheran Church Youth Program Registration form. Please check which program you are registering for and fill out the form. Included is a photo consent and a release of responsibility for VBS and B.O.B. summer camp.

Vacation Bible School (2 years old through 5th grade)

B.O.B. After School Youth Program (K through 5th grade) Each Wednesday from 3:15-4:45 p.m. (early dismissal days from 1:15pm to 4:45pm)

B.O.B. Summer Day Camp (Kindergarten through 5th grade)

NBLC has permission to take photos of my child to publish on the church website, in the newspaper or post within the church.

For B.O.B. program: My child has permission to go on outings with NBLC B.O.B. After School Youth/summer Program, including transportation by a B.O.B leader. There is a cost for most outings.
