PARKING LOT FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN The congregation voted to resurface the parking lot west of the facility. We have a fundraising campaign going to defray the cost of resurfacing. Targeted contributions will be: to donate a parking space for $750, to donate half a parking space for $375, or whatever someone may want to give toward the resurfacing, and any amount is appreciated. The contributions are donations toward the parking lot, not buying a reserved space. Thank you for your contributions toward resurfacing the parking lot.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER OBSERVANCE The National Day of Prayer observance will be held again this year at the village administration building front parking lot for a time of prayer in the morning of Thursday, May 4, at 7 am. Let’s gather as the people of God in Mahomet for prayer.

BODY IMAGE DISCUSSED AT LIFETREE CAFÉ How to improve your body image will be explored at Lifetree Café on Thursday, May 4 at 12:30 p.m. at the Candlewood Pool House. The program also includes advice from professional counselor Cheryl Eresman.“Media depictions have so much to do with how people feel about themselves,” says Eresman. “They make people feel that if they don’t look like the people in the magazines, there is something wrong with them.”

QUARTERLY GIVING STATEMENTS are in the basket in the narthex.
