BLESSED FATHER’S DAY TO ALL! May we give thanks for the blessings our fathers have been to us.

LET’S GET HEALTHY BY WALKING AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR A TEAM (ON YOUR OWN TIME) TO BETHLEHEM
• Record miles on Sunday at church and see how many miles we have gone.
• Form a team – family, friends or co-workers
• Youth challenge – sports, band, other outdoor activities will count for miles toward our goal to reach Bethlehem by Advent
• If you did the Walk for Water, we will count those miles
• If you exercise then every 20 minutes will count as 1 mile
• Biking, running and using a treadmill/etc. count as the miles done for that activity
REMEMBER 6,296 MILES FROM MAHOMET TO BETHLEHEM
WALK BEGINS JUNE 14 AND ENDS NOVEMBER 26. WATCH FOR MORE DETAILS.

THE NEXT NORTH AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH CONVOCATION will be held this August in Dallas, TX. The dates are: Wednesday August 12 through Friday, August 14th. The theme is a very timely theme: Martyr, Life-giving Witness; and is based on Acts 26:16-18. Many of our brothers and sisters in the faith are facing martyrdom for the Name of Jesus; this will be a time to hear their witness, to keep them in prayer, and to be strengthened in faith as the world becomes increasingly hostile to the message of Jesus. This is also the business meeting of the NALC. We need a voting delegate to attend. If you would like to attend, or would like more information, please contact Pastor Oman.
ATTENDANCE for Sunday, June 14th was 114 and total offering was $5,267.00.
