Let us pray to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, One God in three persons.

As we join with the Prophet Isaiah we lift our praise saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.”

We praise you for the new life that is poured out upon all who are born anew in the water and Spirit of Holy Baptism. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, help all the baptized to let their light shine before others, that you alone may be glorified. May your whole church and esp. here at New Beginnings bear witness to Christ with boldness and faith. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.

We praise and thank you for the gift of education. In the upcoming summer recess, grant renewal to teachers, school administrators, and students. Pour out your blessing upon those beginning internships, as well as those graduates looking for employment or heading to college soon. We pray esp. for the teachers, students, and graduates in this congregation. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.

We praise, thank and glorify you Holy Father, that you are eager to hear our prayers. We pray for those suffer for the sake of the Gospel and persecuted for their faith in you. We pray for all who are sick, those who suffer in body, mind or spirit, as well as those whose suffering is not known or seen by others.  Grant them grace and peace. Make them well according to your will.
We praise, thank and glorify you for the witnesses of the saints who have preceded us, especially those who most recently died. Comfort all who mourn with the sure and certain hope of the resurrection. We lift to you the family and friends of Norm James who life ended this past week.

Into your hands we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy, through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.
